Perseus Products Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For defective or damaged items, a return is eligible if the defect or damage is reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • We are unable to accept returns for:
    • Used or partially used products.
    • Items not in their original condition or missing components.
    • Free promotional items or gifts.
    • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • The reason for the return.
    • Photos of the product (if it is defective or damaged).
  • Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if the item is eligible for return.
  • Once approved, send the product back to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by Perseus Hair Care.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

  • The return cargo will be inspected within 7 business days after it reaches us.
  • Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process first. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange.
  • The return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility, but the shipping fee for the new product will be covered by Perseus Hair Care.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
